By accessing this website, purchasing products in any Fire Vape Smoke Shop location, or placing an order through our third-party ordering platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

This website and all products sold by Fire Vape Smoke Shop are strictly limited to adults 21 years of age or older. Age verification is required before entering this site, at checkout on our ordering platform, and again at the point of delivery or in-store purchase. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required.

Misrepresenting your age is a violation of these Terms and of Florida and federal law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, void any sale, and report attempted underage purchases to the appropriate authorities.

Fire Vape Smoke Shop sells tobacco products, vape devices and e-liquid, nicotine pouches, CBD and hemp-derived products, hookah and shisha, glass, accessories, enhancement and honey products, and related goods. All products are sold for lawful use only by adults 21+. Product availability, brands and pricing may vary by location and over time.

Online orders are processed and fulfilled through Saucey, an independent third-party platform. Your use of our Saucey storefront is additionally governed by Saucey's own terms and policies, available at saucey.com/terms-of-service.

Fire Vape Smoke Shop is not responsible for Saucey's terms, account handling, pricing discrepancies between platforms, payment processing, delivery delays, driver conduct, or any other third-party service failure.

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on this website are informational only; final pricing, taxes and fees are confirmed on the Saucey platform at checkout. In-store pricing is confirmed at the register.

Delivery is available only within the Palm Beach County cities listed on our delivery pages, dispatched from our Palm Beach Lakes hub. The recipient must be 21 or older and must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the door. Orders cannot be left unattended, given to a third party, or delivered to anyone who cannot produce valid ID. Refused deliveries may be subject to restocking or delivery fees.

You may not attempt to purchase products while under 21 or on behalf of anyone under 21; resell our products without authorization; use our products or site for any illegal activity; or scrape, copy, republish or reproduce this site's content, images or code without written permission.
